Product and delivery

Your purchase provides access to the digital product and supporting material described on the product page at the time of purchase. Product functionality, supported environments and included updates are defined by that product page and the embedded licence.

Compass licence

Mentat Ledger Compass is licensed for use within one personal financial plan. The plan may contain one person or up to two people. You may use it on your own devices, enter and store your own data locally, create your own backups and snapshots, and modify your own copy for personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share or make the product or a modified version available to others, remove branding or licence notices, or use it to provide paid services to third parties without a separate agreement.

Horizon licence

Mentat Ledger Horizon is licensed for internal use by one business. You may use it on that business's devices, make internal copies, enter and store that business's data locally, create backups and snapshots, and adapt your copy for that business.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share or make the product or a modified version available to unrelated businesses or clients, remove branding or licence notices, or include it in another paid product without a separate agreement.

Technical requirements

Compass and Horizon require a modern desktop browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. Functionality may vary in unsupported browsers, restricted corporate environments or modified files.

Inputs and outcomes

Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data and assumptions entered. Mentat Ledger does not guarantee financial independence, investment returns, tax treatment, liquidity, financing approval, product suitability or error-free decision-making.

Support and updates

Support and updates require a valid order reference. Support is limited to reasonable product questions and confirmed technical defects. Purchasers receive corrected releases for confirmed defects within the purchased major version as stated in the embedded licence.

Payments

Checkout, payment processing, transaction taxes and invoices are handled by the checkout provider. Their terms may also apply to the transaction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mentat Ledger is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, investment loss, lost data, business interruption or decisions made using the product. Always keep your own backups.
