Mentat Ledger Horizon is a downloadable Excel cashflow engine. It is a tool for planning and decision support, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Product
Your purchase gives you access to the Mentat Ledger Horizon - 13-week Cashflow Engine launch pack, including the workbook files and supporting documentation described on the product page at the time of purchase.
Licence
The product is provided under a single-business licence. You may use it internally for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or make the workbook available as a competing product or template.
Excel requirement
The workbook requires Microsoft Excel. Functionality may vary in unsupported spreadsheet software, browser-based editors or modified file environments.
No guarantees
The workbook depends on the numbers, assumptions and timing entered by the user. Mentat Ledger does not guarantee business outcomes, liquidity availability, financing approval, forecast accuracy or error-free decision-making.
Support and updates
Support and updates require a valid order reference. Support is limited to reasonable product questions and confirmed technical issues in a supported Excel environment.
Payments
Checkout, payment processing, taxes and invoices are handled by the checkout provider. Their terms may also apply to the transaction.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mentat Ledger is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, business interruption or decisions made using the workbook.
