If you email us, we process the information you send, such as your email address, message, order reference and any technical details needed to handle your request.

Payments and checkout are handled by the checkout provider. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

Workbook data

The workbook runs locally in Microsoft Excel. You should not send your workbook or business data unless it is necessary for support. If you accidentally send confidential workbook data, ask us to delete it and we will remove it from our support mailbox where reasonably possible.

Cookies and analytics

This website build does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. If that changes later, this page should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Retention

Support emails and related order references are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, administration and dispute handling.
