Mentat Ledger Horizon is a digital download. Once download access has been provided, sales are final except where required by applicable law.
When you proceed to checkout, you may be asked to confirm that digital delivery begins immediately and that you acknowledge any waiver of withdrawal rights required for instant digital downloads. This is handled at the point of purchase.

Technical defects
Questions about technical issues can be sent to mentatledger@outlook.com with your order reference, Excel version, operating system and a clear description of the issue. For confirmed defects in a supported Excel environment, we may provide a corrected file or another reasonable solution.
No refund for unsupported use
Refunds are not normally provided because the workbook was used in unsupported software, because assumptions entered by the user produced an unwanted result, or because the product was no longer needed after download.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
