Mentat Ledger products are digital downloads. Refunds after delivery are limited, subject to the mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Where immediate digital delivery affects a statutory withdrawal right, checkout must obtain the required express consent and acknowledgement before delivery. The checkout provider handles this confirmation.
Before purchase
The product page describes the product, licence, technical environment, main functionality and limitations. Review those details before purchasing.
Confirmed technical defects
For a technical issue, email mentatledger@outlook.com with your order reference, browser and operating system, product version and a clear description of the issue. For a confirmed defect in a supported environment, Mentat Ledger may provide a corrected file, replacement download or another reasonable solution.
Unsupported or unsuitable use
A refund is not normally provided because the product was used in an unsupported environment, modified in a way that caused a defect, no longer needed after download, or produced an outcome the user did not prefer based on the entered assumptions.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
